ALL (Access to Libraries for Learning) is an agreement between South Yorkshire`s university and public libraries to enable anyone living, working or studying in the area to access study and research. Under the terms of the SCONUL (Standing Conference of National and University Libraries) Summer Vacation Access Scheme, students and PhD students taking courses at UK and Irish universities usually benefit from the use of reference from other university libraries during the host university holidays. If you are applying to be admitted to another university library, you must be prepared to provide proof of your current membership at the University of Sheffield. Your current Ucard may be acceptable, but it is highly recommended that you check the library`s web pages or be by phone before your visit to inform you about holiday dates, opening hours and necessary documents.
